We have a GE WCVH6800 front load washer. Came home to find no zeros indicating the wash had completed. Husband was home so I thought maybe he had opened the door. I then went to open it and out gussed the water!!! Took out the laundry, checked the pump filter (which drained alot of water!) & nothing was in it. Ran a drain & spin mode. Seemed ok. Thru in another wash and now it will not spin & drain water & door is locked, filled with water & cannot get the laundry out
Washing Machines - General - Electric WCVH6800J Front Load Washer
You will need to unplug the machine for a few hours, in the meantime of it being unplugged, press and hold the start or cycle begin button for a full 5 seconds. This will drain all remaining power from power supply, then wait half our more and plug back in. This should reset the machine. If the problem is still there, then you could have a faulty control panel/board
There may still be some thing blocking the drain pump from the tub to the pump itself,I have seen a nursing pad block, the inlet hole to a drain pump when the drain pump was clear, and other stuff cloggind the hose that lead to the drain pump.you can use a shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain pump to remove all the water.if the water is coming out slowly the then you have some restrition.once you remove the water the door will unlock.be sure to check the hose that lead from the tub to the pump, this should solve you problem the last thing to replace is the control board but right now i don't think that is you problem.good luck keep me infromed if you have any other questions
