The key is the red locks on each side of the climber wall. Be careful not to force the red locks open because it WILL cause them to tear on the seam.
I used two big flat screwdrivers and another pair of strong hands. What I did was I inserted the screwdrivers in between the outer part of the red lock and the yellow wall, leaving just enough gap between the screwdrivers for a hand to slide in. Then pushed the screwdrivers outward as lever to loosen up the lock. Then my husband finished the job by inserting his hands between the gap created by the screwdrivers and pull.
