We have a M7208N and a M7310 norstar phone. M7310 on monday the main display where it shows date and time wasnt on. The M7208N at that time was on. I swapped the phones over to see if it was fault with wiring and when i swapped them back over the displays on both are feint or non existent. Is this something simple to solve or is it broken phone? The weird thing is where it shows the arrow pointing to lines 1-3 is still clear as usual just the date and time window is affected. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try setting the contrast level by pressing the Feature button and *7, then enter a number from 1 to 9 for the contast level. Depending on the model number of the telephone system your phones are connected to, you may need to press the Hold button to save the setting.
