We have a new Electrolux EWDW6505GSO dishwasher. It is not cleaning properly. We have increased house water temperature, run hot water before use, made sure detergent was shaken and not old, and nothing has worked. Any other ideas?

Is it not cleaning properly from the day it was installed or is it just started doing that recently?
Please provide some information on what things happen to the dishes. Does the dishwasher fully drain out at the end of the cycle or is there water and muck left in the end? Are the dishes left dry or wet? Is there dirt on the dishes or streakes of white or black residue?
I need some more information before setting you up on a course of fixing the problem.
I would get the inlet water pressure checked to make sure the washer arms are rotating and throwing enough water around. Is there any difference in wash quality if the dish is in bottom rack?
The other thing to check is whether the hardness of water is effecting performance. I am sure there are several factors to look at but perhaps we can discount one at a time. I am guessing but you are not trying to contact Electrolux technician considering the unit must still be under warranty.
We will call a technician. We have a five year warranty but were hoping to find a quick solution. Thanks for your help.
