We have a new Ilumina press. We are trying to print a return address on a 9 X 12 24# catalog envelope and the envelope stock simply won't feed properly. Anyone had this same problem. We've worked all day on this and printed two envelopes. Xante has been no help and the reseller who offered to come and train is unavailable for three weeks.
