We have a problem with one of the hand sets. It will not transmit. The other one works fine. The TX will come on, and we can hear it coming across the problem hand set. The problem hand set shows the RX . Anything we may be doing wrong? Thanks for any help

Check the settings of the CTCSS tones on both radios and make sure they are the same. It would seem if you are hearing a transmission from the other radio but cannot transmit out of that same radio than that radio is malfunctioning. It may be time for a new pair.
