Report "We have a ScanPal 2L and it won't turn on. For a while it would only last for one press of the barcode scanner before it turned off - now it won't turn on at all. I have made sure that the batteries are fully charged (even tried normal AAA batteries), they seem to charge normally in the cradle but nothing happens when the power button is pressed and held down"
