We have a Sentry safe and need to deactivate the factory code so that I can limit the number of users. I have input a new code but the FC still opens the safe
When the store got the safe they didn't have an owners manual to give them directions on using a different number code so they just used the factory code. Now when I change the code to limit who has access to the safe those who should not have access do because they were given the factory code.
