We have a Tappan Oven model # TGF657BFB5. It is having issues warming up. For example: When we set it to preheat at 350 degrees it warms up to around 200 before it shuts off. The broiler and self clean seems to work. It will not stay heated on baked mode. Any ideas are appreciated
