We have a very large front load speed queen washer at work. Commercial. I think the model number is SQ7vny 112618 The cycle ended today and now the door will not unlatch. I have tried to remove from electric and let it possibly reset. It keeps flashing HOLD. But there is a code that comes on right before HOLD it is FPC3. Help I have a load full of wet blankets
