We have an Encor CX EXC1000 phone systems that we have plugged headsets into. Any headset is compatible but with some headsets, the other party can barely hear us. We have enable the headset when the phone detects it but the problem is still not fixed. Any suggestions?

Some headset mics have different output and SOME use condenser type mics which will have VERY little output unless connected to a preamp designed for condenser mics. Your phones would not have such a preamp. Verify what type mics are in the various headsets.
