Usually when the battery is reset the radio resets the memory and the factory code set by the maker needs to be inputted. So You must check the owners manual/service book to see if there is any codes that was written down. If not the dealership or service log book will have the codes which can be retrieved to be punched into the set so as to get it to work-- this is done for security specially for theft of car stereos.
