We have followed the instructions that came with the printer but when we put in the password for the wifi, it does not connect to the Internet
If we cannot connect to the Internet, HP will not know when to send more ink cartridges.

Follow the printer instructions in your manueal ur printer looks like 8600 pro or newer 8620,8630 I have no problems with my password I do have 8600 pro call hp they will walk u thru it complete
