We have just gone live on sage 1000 and are trying to print labels designed in sage paperless to send to our Datamax m-4206. Labels print but we cannot get the information to line up on the labels. Is there something we need to configure on the label printers?
This can be caused by either the software, or the printer's electronic or mechanical settings. Software will usually override the printer settings for print speed, temperature, label dimensions, etc. In order to fully diagnose, I would need to know if the print is too high, too low, too far left or right, or skipping a label, etc.
