There should be some buttons in front of the tv correct?
Look for a menu button and press that.. I would like a model number so I could instruct you but in most cases you need that remote. I can give you a website where a original remote can be purchased www.remotes.com... But there should be a menu button in front of the tv then there should be a channel up/down button and a vol +/- you use those to nav the menu areas. Good luck with it let me know if you have troubles but more then likely your gonna need a remote for it so I hope you do not shoot the messenger.
