We have one phone line. Can we conference with nortel 7316E?

Our church has only 1 phone line and someone donated some Nortel 7316E phones. Can we conference call on it even though we only have one line

You can conference people WITHIN the system. If you want to do it with 1 line and externally, you have to do that through your carrier like AT&T
