We have q7 2009 with Rosen DVD player but one of them the sound doesn't work both head sets work on one DVD player. The right side DVD doesn't work. What can we do to make it work please help
Sounds like either that dvd player is on a different channel. Look for a channel switch on the headphones and also check the on screen menu to see what channel it is set to.
