Report "We have the AT&T 1825, the greeting plays to leave a message but it does not record the person's message. The "in use" light is on until the greeting ends & then it goes off...but if we pick up the receiver the calling party is still on the line & speaking thinking they're leaving a message. We have already cleared out all the previous messages"
