We have the version with no cradle and the unit is not holding a charge very long. How can we get a second battery and maybe we need a new charge cable. What button do we push to turn it on? This might also be the problem

Hmm. There's no power button, nor slide-type button to power on your device ??? Tried them all ? Back - front - sides .. Also, look at the bottom and top edges ... In the document, just said to "power on".
