Depends what type of park but try dialling 501, 502, etc. This should pick up the calls in park so you can release the lines. Doing a complete system reboot will solve it to, but its a bit radical. The other option is if in fact its not a park but a swca hold. In which case you can google feature keys and get the feature codes from there.
