We have two of the same Dualit Mini Oven's and the same knob on both has broken. It is the Function Dial for Bake, Broil, Convection and Toasting. How do I go about getting these Knobs. The units we bought had a lifetime

Well you could try to hold whoever you bought this from to their warrenty. You can buy the knobs on ebay and have them shipped to your house. To replace the knob just carefully pry the old knob off evenly on both sides and the push the new knob on.
