We haven't opened our safe in a long time and have forgotten all information on how to dial our numbers. One time around then back to the other numbers? Just what is the proper rotation? PLEASE help need papers very soon. Thank you Mary

Usually, iy used to be, the lock turns to the RIGHT First, then Back LEFT. BUT... they did used to muddle mechanisms up, I mean it is a SAFE.. it is meant to be very hard to get open without the right "Key" or "Code", to make sure no-one knew what to expect, so they made it the reverse to add another layer of protection. Your best bet, though, is to call a registered locksmith, he will open your box, one way or another
