Hello; My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician. You may have a wiring problem. Dryers are wired 3 poll for a 15 Amp fuse or a 4 poll for a 30 Amp fuse. You either need to change the dryer wiring connection plug or the fuse box amp.
