We just upgraded to this bread machine and have tried various recipes (including our original one that worked fine) and every loaf seems to rise okay, but then falls in the last hour and a half of baking. Is it us or is it the machine?

Use 2 tablespoons less liquid in your next recipe and be sure you are using "bread flour" and not "all purpose" flour
