We just used our Tom Tom GPS for the first time and the "I agree"terms and conditions box kept popping up over and over. I pressed it at least 30 times, every few minutes it came up. The driver cannot do this so we were only able to use it because I was in the passenger seat. It happened both times we started a trip and went on for the first two hours. Extremely annoying!

Usually, right after you purchase a new TomTom GPS, you'll want to connect to the TomTom.com website to register the device and get the latest map, etc.
If you have already done this, and you're experience the problem (you've described), then contact TomTom Support (online or by phone) to get them to help you with the problem ... as per the TomTom warranty.
