Report "We purchased a Kenmore Electric Range Model 970-5574 from Sears in February 2013. The oven door has yellow burn stains along the top of the door after the first self cleaning process had finished. We have not been able to clean them off and Sears Parts and Repair Service Center say there is nothing that can be done?"
