We replaced the internal circuit board & we are getting the same results........... described below. By "internal part of the control box" are you referring to the circuit board or the operator interface key pad? We did not have a key pad. Thanks, Steve Arnett Your detail inquiry Your Question(s) below: In July 2013, my friend purchased an Intex model SSP-10. Within a week it started tripping the inline GFCI that came with it. She had Intex send her a new unit. It worked fine for about 2 months. It now trips the GFCI about every 30 minutes! The GFCI is reset within 1 to 2 minutes & it will run for another 30 minutes?!?! Any idea what would cause this? Thanks in advance, Steve Arnett Agent response We do apologize for such inconvenience. The reason that caused this issue is that the internal part of the control box is broken, you need to get another replacement. As a valued Intex Consumer your feedback is greatly appreciated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope this unfortunate situation does not discourage you from choosing Intex in the near future
