If you are able to connect to internet with your desktop and not connecting through laptop, i suspect there is a problem with your laptop's Port settings.. run these commands in command prompt. (run -> cmd)
1. netsh winsock reset 2. ipconfig /flushdns
after this, windows firewall should be turned off. Then try to reconnect your WLAN. Give suitable WEP Key if you got.. Then Browse.. Be sure that your Laptop lies in connectable distance from Router. Good Luck
