We want a shop manual, are willing to pay for it, for a Kenmore 110.26832692. We already have the owners manual. Where can we get a shop manual? The machine won't agitate nor, if memory serves, spin.

It sounds like the belt or motor may have gone. Belts are pretty straightforward, I've replaced a couple over the years. The motor will take a bit more work. I also resolved such an issue by opening the electronics panel at the top of the machine and reseating all the connections.
