We went to open our lock with our code today and it would not open. I went by the instructions and reset our code after replacing the batteries and the first steps setting up the code to lock went fine, when trying to open it the 1,2 button doesn't work and the 9,0 numbers don't work either, I'm running out of options. I purchased the lock at LOWE'S about 3 months ago

This may be why this lock is being clearanced everywhere! Try to get Kwickset to send you the new style.
I have had to replace the keypad twice in 2 years (same problem as yours). First time they waranteed it and sent it to me. The second time it cost me around $30. Easy fix, but not very reliable equipment.
