We were hooking up a new router and the subwoofer fell from a shelve two feet up. It doesn't work now. Did we change a setting while hooking up the router or did we damage the subwoofer? We don't get any sound. Thanks for any help

Well, i think it is most probable that the sub is damaged. Did you change anything in the sound panel??
