Report "We wwere using our 10 year old Kenwood carousel 5 disc changer with no problems. Then after changing to another disc it accepted the disc but would not play. The lights are on but none of the cd buttons work.Is there a small hole to insert a pin or such like on a conputer. Compact Disc player has this serial number: DP-R28"
