It may be cartridge problem.Take a look at the cartridge and see if you can see toner on the cartridge.
To do this, remove the cartridge and pull down the face plate. Look at the cartridge inside and see if there is toner lines on the cartridge. If so, it is likely time to replace the cartridge. This should not happen but it does happen time to time.
