Wearever chicken bucket
My bucket is an old model. It is a bucket with to large handles and a twist top. A steam gauge and a twist to tighten handle.
This was my mom and I now would like to use it, but somehow I have lost the instructions.
Can you tell me how to broat chicken in this pan. It has an oil line but I do not know how long to cook the chicken. This pan is just one that sits ons the stove burner?

I used my just last night. Brown the pieces in the hot oil for about 2 min. For 6-8 pieces cook for 15 minutes once the vent jiggles. Smaller pieces cook for 12 min.
