Webroot antivirus won't run
I have webroot spysweeper. After I did a shut down I bet a red X in a shield that says windows security alert. Your webroot antivirus isn't running. When you click to turn it on it goes to a gray screen with nothing hilighted but won't run. I've emailed webroot and finally answered me after 3 weeks and what they told me to do won't work.

I'd uninstall and go with something like Avira Antivirus
I haven't had ANY issues running this program. All I deal with is the occasional pop up when new definitions are installed. For what it can do, I think it's the best out there for it's price range...free.
If you wish to stick with Webroot...it sounds like it's conflicting with other program/s. Make sure your program is compatible with your OS. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if it were Vista.
