Webroot spy sweeper with antivirus has gone completely blank. I can't click on any buttons and it has a white, blank screen; it won't load either. I have Windows Vista and i dont think it's expired, yet. Plus, it's eating up all my cpu

It sounds like your Webroot Spysweeper With AntiVirus Program crashed.
1. Click on CTRL+ALT+ DEL keys (All at once) to bring up the task manager.
2. Under the Applications tab>Click on webroot spysweeper to highlight it. Then click on end task.
3. I would suggest you uninstall and re-install it.
4. Go to Start>Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a Program
5. Scroll down thru all Programs until you find WebRoot Spysweeper. Click it to highlight it- then click uninstall.
6. When it is finished uninstalling-click on Start>Restart pc.
7. After you log in to your pc>re-install webroot spysweeper.
8. After installation is complete, reboot your pc. This should fix the problem.
