Webroot will interupt constantly, even after I click ''allow'' or ''block''. if I click ''don't show again'', it will gop away bet immediatly pop-up again! what is the problem?

Try reinstalling your Webroot software ; that should fix it - it could have been interrupted during an update process or an installation...
