Well have a ge wash machine and when i load it, it do not do nothing it would not turn or spin do not only thing it will do is drain thats all i check the pump it ok the hoses is ok so i do not no what else to do
Please start the machine after you have removed the panel- attempt only if equipped. Now using a multimeter check for the INLET valve to switch on - check voltage, the inlet must stop and the motor must start after the water level sensor switches to activate the controller board. If there is voltage without any action the valve, the sensor or the motor is faulty. If not the suspect is the program controller unit. You can remove all connections , check connectors and reset. If not take consensus to confirm before any part is purchased.
