Went to change oil(bike warm),removed oil drain plug and oil was still under pressure and shot out forcefully..anyone have any idea why and what I can do about it

Sounds like your crankcase vent is plugged. look for a tube that comes out of the top of the engine case that is routed down under the bike with the overflow tubes from the carbs.
The crank case vent is 100% blocked.
