WESTCLOX SPEED READ LITE ALARM alarm springs fallen off
I have a Westclox SPEED READ LITE ALARM table top mechanical movement digital clock. It was made in Japan and the rear label says LL1737 Westclox - Peterborough, Canada. It is a white case with black slats with white numbers.

It fell off the dresser and there was something rattling inside. I took it apart and found that there were 2 flat silver metal pieces with a very small notch loose inside. These pieces are approximately 1/4 inch wide by 3/4 inch long. It appears that they are springs to hold the alarm actuator away from the alarm ********. There is a "c" shaped bracket near the alarm actuator, but the parts do not seem to fit anywhere on it. Does anyone know where these parts are installed. Thanks for your help. First time User. Randy
