Westinghouse flat panel with DVD built in. Cable went out, and when it came back up - there was no picture. We tried the automatic reset but it says it can find no channels. How do I re-program the channels. We tried changing the channel to 3 or 4 but it says there is no channel

Please let me know the exact model no. of your unit, it will help diagnose where the fault came from.
Also, confirm first the status of the signal from your cable provider, try to hook up the cable wire to another TV to determine if the signal is not the issue here.
