Westinghouse W33001 Will not power on
The TV will not turn on. LED over on/off is Red. When depressing the reset button on the priamary PCB, (S7 i believe), the LED over the on/off button will turn green then go back to red.
Power supply internal LED is green. Did not measure voltages from PS since I have no moanuals.

I had that happen to my tv and took it to be repaired and it was the power pack where it attaches to the tv it just like snaps on and will arch and burn the power pack and it wont power on so the repair guy charged me $89 parts and labor he put one in but sodered it so it will not draw moisture and arch and it works great now....
I'm curious about what he soldered, did he open up the case and solder the pigtail to the mother board or was it something else. And when you say arch do you mean arc, as in an electrical arc?
