wetend I just replaced was a lot louder than usual and making a vibrating sound every so often. Also, on high speed the jets aren't nearly as strong as before, but they are coming on. It also took a few seconds for the jets to start spraying , so I bled every connection I could find to make sure there was no air , but It is still very loud and just runs very rough

The wear ring on the impeller can cause all these problems. It seems natural to put this on the impeller with the wide side tward the impeller but it goes on with the wide side out so when the pump starts the ring slides forward and seals the pessure side of the impeller from the suction side. With this in wrong your water will just circulate inside the pump rather than going back to the spa. I hope this helps.
