What are the reasons for it to not even crank over from ignition switch
The starter is good all grounds are clean there is a new nuetral safty switch it cranks from starter but nt key but cranking the starter over dont start either but it will at least crank over from starter

There is a key position switch in the steering wheel. If this is reading wrong or sensor stuck in position it will not crank or run. Can you hear the fuel pump cycle when you turn key?
