What cause the engine to keep on cranking after it start up?
2006 Saturn ion 2.2L when i crank the engine it keep on cranking after i turn the key loose then i turn the engine off and crank again it work ok what all i need to check to fix the problem

Sticking ignition switch or starter relay .
On the column . If this is the newer system where once you turn to start the computer takes over and cranks until it starts or a set amount of time has passed .
