When my calculator is on "print" mode, it says "error" in the top left corner, and wont let me type in any numbers or print anything. I tried to press the reset button, but all it did was nothing. While I was pressing the button the screen went blank but after I released the button, it went back to what it said before, and nothing changed. I also lost my instruction guide, please help! Thanks!
