FL means Full (or Full Load). The camera has no more storage space to keep your pictures, so doesn't allow you to take them.
Inexpensive cameras like this do not have the option to add extra storage, so you are limited by what the manufacturer installs.
Along with the camera, you should have got a disk and cable in the kit. What you need to do is download the pictures onto your computer, then delete them from the camera memory (usually menu options on installed software).
At that point, your camera should be fit to take another set of pictures.
