What does 'no cartridge' error mean??
I have been a copier tech since 1979 but switched to computers about 20 years ago. I started with Xerox, left them and became a Mita dealer and now I am only a Copystar dealer. I have the service manual but no mention of my error code. I kinda know my way around but am way rusty, lol

Most likely there is no cartridge installed or the cartridge is not locked in correctly. Take out the cartridge and reseat it..
