What does the TES IN 1200 230v ac Inverter LED display mean?
There is a row of 3 red LED lights below On and Overload. What do they mean. Should they all light when connected to 2 x 12 volt batteries joined in parallel to give 24 volts

To increse the power from batteries they have to be connected in series not parallel
That means if you have 2 12 volt batteries and want an output of 24 volts they are connected this way
positive to machine , negative of that battery to the positive of the second battery and the negative of the second battery to earth ( ground
by connecting batteries in parallel you increase the capacity of the batteries but not the voltage
so that means that if you have 2 batteries of 500 cranking amps each then by connecting in parall then you have 1000 cranking amps available for the 12 volt system
