The door was once at rest and now it is moved so a force must be involved. If the force you applied to the door is big enough, the door will move. The door will even apply its own force to you. Whenever an object A exerts a force on another particle B, B simultaneously exerts a force on A with the same magnitude in the opposite direction. Oh and since we're on earth there's always the force of gravity to consider. So you and the door don't float away.
